2. Eligibility

– You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
– Merchants must hold valid business registrations, licenses, and comply with all applicable laws.

3. Services Provided

– Payment processing for credit cards, debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), UPI, and other supported methods.
– Secure transactions compliant with PCI DSS SAQ D certification standards.
– Settlement of payments to merchants’ bank accounts as per agreed timelines.

4. User Obligations

– Provide accurate and updated business, banking, and KYC information.
– Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
– Ensure compliance with RBI, NPCI, and card network rules.

5. Fees & Settlement

– Transaction fees, MDR, and other applicable charges will be as per the merchant agreement.
– Settlement timelines may vary based on payment method and banking partner policies.

6. Security & Compliance

– PayzEz follows PCI DSS SAQ D standards for secure handling of cardholder data.
– Merchants must also maintain compliance with applicable data security requirements.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services for:
– Money laundering, fraud, or unlawful activities.
– Transactions involving prohibited goods/services as per RBI and card network guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

– PayzEz is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by banks, networks, or third-party providers.
– Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific transaction in dispute.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

– These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
– Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, e.g., Mumbai/Delhi].
